1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between m333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses the m333 platform available at m333.cam. By completing account registration or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

m333 is an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform designed for international users, including users in Pakistan. m333 does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not claim any endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and m333.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"User" / "Account Holder"	Any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
"Real Money Balance"	Funds deposited by a User from their own payment instrument and available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions.
"Bonus Balance"	Funds credited to a User's account as a promotional bonus. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process required under applicable regulations and Platform policy before withdrawal of funds or as otherwise requested.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total wager amount that must be placed using a bonus balance before it can be converted to withdrawable funds, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on m333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling. m333 does not guarantee lawful access in any particular country.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of m333 or any of its affiliated entities.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a secure password and basic personal details including your full legal name, date of birth and country of residence. All fields must be completed truthfully. m333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.

4.2 Identity Verification

m333 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention requirements. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. m333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share account credentials with any third party. m333 will never request your password by email, chat or phone. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately via Live Chat or email.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

m333 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and local bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) — may be referenced for context on the Platform. The availability of any specific method depends on the operator's current configuration, the applicable payment provider's policies and your account verification status.

Important: The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah does not imply that any of these institutions endorses gambling or officially supports m333. Users must verify current deposit method availability directly on the Platform.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.
• All deposits must be made from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Balance must be satisfied before the associated real money funds can be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by payment method category. E-wallet and instant payment methods are generally faster than traditional bank transfer, but exact timelines depend on the operator and provider and are not guaranteed.
• m333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

m333 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion and the general provisions set out in this section.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. It is your responsibility to read these terms before opting into any offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

m333 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, placing hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy deemed by m333 to circumvent the intent of the promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

7.4 Promotional Illustrations

Any bonus amounts referenced elsewhere on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" welcome bonus or "up to PKR 10,000" migration offer) are illustrative examples only. Actual amounts, eligibility requirements and availability depend on the operator's current published promotions. m333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Games & Betting Rules

Each game and betting market available on m333 is governed by its own set of rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before participating. In the event of any discrepancy between the general Platform terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules will prevail in relation to that game.

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• m333 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical malfunction, data feed error, obvious pricing errors or any other situation that causes a market to be settled incorrectly.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform for slot games are theoretical, illustrative figures based on game design. Actual returns to any individual player will vary.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time at the operator's discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7.3;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

10. Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the elected period.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of m333.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• m333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• m333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• m333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling activity, technical malfunctions or data breaches beyond m333's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion and risk. m333 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

m333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the Platform for illegal purposes;
• Access from a Restricted Territory;
• Violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 9;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Any other situation where m333 determines that continued account access presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in a properly verified account at the time of closure will be returned to you via an approved payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and any outstanding wagering obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

m333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at m333.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m333 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of m333's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents a User from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
